Propel Personnel is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business and expanding the customer base. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients utilizing various outreach methods
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored payment processing solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and customer experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, or similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools a plus
