The Sales Development Representative will be instrumental in identifying and creating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and setting appointments for Senior Sales Representatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted companies
- Use a variety of methods, including outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and handling inbound inquiries, to generate leads
- Effectively communicate the unique benefits of the company’s innovative business productivity software
- Address initial questions and concerns from potential clients
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with Senior Sales Representatives
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads
- Experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
