Propel Personnel is Hiring a Remote Remote Sales Development Representative

Position SummaryPremier provider of business productivity software aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving workflows, and fostering growth seeks a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative.
The Sales Development Representative will be instrumental in identifying and creating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and setting appointments for Senior Sales Representatives.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted companies
  • Use a variety of methods, including outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and handling inbound inquiries, to generate leads
  • Effectively communicate the unique benefits of the company’s innovative business productivity software
  • Address initial questions and concerns from potential clients
  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads with Senior Sales Representatives
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads
Qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
