Business Development Representative (Remote) Position Overview Leading provider of innovative business productivity software, aimed at helping companies streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative.

In this role, you will identify and engage with potential clients, demonstrating the value of the company’s software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies. Engage with potential clients through multiple channels, including outbound calling, email outreach, social networking platforms, and inbound inquiries.

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to uncover prospects' challenges, objectives, and requirements. Deliver impactful product demonstrations, highlighting the unique advantages and features of the company’s business productivity software.

Present personalized proposals and pricing strategies that align with the specific needs and budgets of clients. Maintain detailed records of activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications Proven experience in business development, inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Highly motivated, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
