Meet the company:

We are working with a highly successful and growing property management firm who specializes in multi-family properties in the Bay Area. They are looking for a Property Manager who will oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management functions, including building operations, tenant and vendor relations, administration, tenant improvement and construction projects, and light administrative / accounting.

About the role and your impact:

• Conduct property visits/inspections and manage all follow-up action items.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors and the internal corporate team
• Administrative functions such as: Ensure that the file database is maintained and information is kept current

What you'll bring:

• You are skilled in time and project management
• You are a proactive, problem solver, with the ability to recommend solutions and follow through to ensure resolutions
• 2 of experience in property management; multi-family highly preferred
• You have superb customer service, externally and internally
• You hold high integrity and professionalism at all times
