Proper Technology Solutions is a veteran owned and operated small business IT support firm located in Wichita, KS. We are currently searching for a qualified individual to fill the role of Network Administrator/Engineer, working directly with our Wichita-based clients both onsite and through remote control and officing from home.

This position is being offered as a 1099 independent contractor position.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries/issues received directly from clients and our centralized ticketing system.

Plan and execute assigned projects

Qualifications

This position will require the candidate to be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on a wide variety of platforms and applications, including Windows Active Directory management, SonicWALL maintenance and configuration, Ubiquiti Wireless management, Windows Print services, and others.

The ideal candidate will be able to contract 25-40 hours of billable work per week depending on skills and abilities.

This opportunity is open to independent contractors and IT support firms following agreements to NDAs and non-competes.

Expected hourly rate for billable work is $50-80/hour dependent on abilities and experience.
