Duties:Maintenance Advantage is looking for a full-time Construction / Maintenance technician to assist with day-to-day work order requests unit turns, renovations and construction proposals throughout our San Diego & North County portfolio. Services will include, but are not limited to: Rekey, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry and Stucco.
Qualifications:
- Good attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience working in a general maintenance or construction environment/Willing to train the right person if experience is not met.
- Good customer service and professionalism
- Honest and good communicator
- Clean appearance
- Must have clean driving record
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have own tools to perform drywall, painting, plumbing and other general repairs/tasks
- Must be tech/app savvy
