Our firm specializes in representing policyholders in first-party breach of contract actions, pre-suit coverage disputes, and bad faith litigation. Specific exposure to homeowners’ insurance/other property damage litigation is a plus, but not required. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, have a strong understanding of the Georgia Civil Practice Act and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and have experience with motion practice, written discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
