Commercial Maintenance Company looking for an experienced Non-Skilled laborer who owns a reliable vehicle. Able to follow written/verbal instructions, perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Use an app to update work order with pictures and notes. We provide you with all materials for the jobs. The ideal candidate will be working FT and traveling from Titusville to Satellite Beach with some job contracts in Merrett Island. The person for this job has room for growth into a supervising position. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, we are a drug free work place. Must have a valid DL.

• Bulk trash removal
• Driving own vehicle to multiple locations
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to wear leaf blowing backpack
