Commercial Maintenance Company looking for a Non-Skilled laborer. Able to follow written/verbal instructions, perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Use an app to update work order with pictures and notes. We provide you with all materials for the jobs. The ideal candidate will be working FT Monday thru Friday. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen including medical marijuana, we are a drug free work place. Must have a valid DL. 40 hours per week with possibility of overtime.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Bulk trash removal
• Clean and organize our shop
• Help maintenance techs when needed
• Maintain equipment (grease trailers, replace flat tires, wash company vehicles)
• Basic hand tools
• Safely drive Company vehicles pulling a trailer to multiple locations
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to wear leaf blowing backpack

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
