We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. Do not apply if you have no prior experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of rental properties, ensuring they remain in excellent condition and meet all safety standards.

This role is vital in maintaining the value of our properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct regular inspections of rental properties to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and resolve issues efficiently.
• Repair and replace defective parts in appliances and fixtures.
• Ensure the exterior areas of properties, such as lawns and parking lots, are well-maintained.
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future problems and ensure the longevity of property assets.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and oversee their work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns professionally.
