Property Management Personnel, Inc is Hiring a Property Financial Coordinator Near Los Angeles, CA

Position Overview
This Bookkeeper/Account Administrator role focuses on managing payables, receivables, and resident relations across a group of properties in Culver City/West Los Angeles. The role also includes reception desk support and general office duties. This is a Direct Hire position.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 400 apartment homes management experience in roles such as Account Administrator, Assistant Portfolio Manager, Assistant Manager, or Property Bookkeeper.
  • Recent Fair Housing training.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills.
  • Effective professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic math skills for computations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
ResponsibilitiesProcessing vendor invoices and rent payments.
Generating Balance Due Letters.
Contacting residents for outstanding balances.
Communicating with vendors regarding payment statuses and addressing billing inquiries.
Setting up vendors as per protocol and ensuring compliance.
Entering new residents into the management system.
Assisting residents with account inquiries and maintenance requests.
Performing general office and accounting tasks as needed.
