**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess knowledge of various housing programs such as Section 8, and HRI. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and supporting the overall leasing process.

**Duties:**

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units

- Assist applicants with the leasing process and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, amenities, and local community offerings

- Utilize property management software

- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues

- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and guidelines in all interactions with tenants

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in property management software such as Rent Manager, or Appfolio

- Understanding of property maintenance practices

- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Experience in office administration and facilities management
