Property Management / Real Estate is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Kalamazoo, MI
We're looking for candidates with the following skills and qualities:
-General maintenance of the property
-Previous maintenance experience required
-Basic painting, electrical, and plumbing experience required
-Must provide your own tools-Ability to work on-call on a rotating schedule-HVAC experience helpful but not required
-Valid driver's license and insurance required
