We are currently searching for one part time Cleaner / Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Front Apartments.

Hours : Flexible during regular work hours (8am - 5pm, 28 hours per week).

Role and Responsibilities :

• Clean all common areas such as lobby, laundry, bathrooms, elevators, community room, hallways (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing), dusting, windows, and other general cleaning.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• Empty trash.
• Litter pick up.
• Light maintenance work with the willingness to learn more.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Rotating on-call with the maintenance team.
• Prior residential cleaning / maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Valid PA Drivers license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma / GED.
