• Balancing priorities between emails telephone calls andtaking escalated calls from contact centre colleagues.
• Proactive in your approach to personal development andlearning.
• Be a problem solver someone who canthink outside of the box and have an excellent attention todetail.
• Effectively coach and supportcolleagues to enhance performance and deliver the right outcome tocustomers.
• Communicate with customers overphone email and chat.
• Accurate and efficienthandling and entering customer quotes and orders via phone fax& email.
• Meet Performance Standardsset by Management.
• Answering product andservice questions and suggesting information about other productsand services.
• Maintains customer records byupdating account information.

Qualifications :

• Experience of complaint handling preferably withfinancial services experience.
• An eye for detail and the abilityto think creatively.
• Able to multitask respondto change and prioritise.
• Able to workindependently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

Requirements :

• 1years of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US Driver’s License.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention todetail.
• Good level of computer literacyincluding Microsoft Office packages.
• Abilityto work independently and adapt to different workingenvironments.
