Description$130,000/year - Accounting Manager in Boston, MAJoin our team as a Senior Accounting Manager, where you will be well-compensated with a potential base salary of up to $130,000 plus a significant 25% bonus based on performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting required
Minimum of seven years of accounting experience, with a preference for backgrounds in commercial real estate
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, demonstrating strong leadership and initiative
High proficiency in MS Excel; experience with MRI and Sage Fixed Assets is a plus
Excellent organizational skills, capable of setting priorities, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
Independent and self-motivated, able to find solutions with minimal supervision
Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Adaptable and able to handle changing demands with a proactive approach
