- Up to $150,000 annual salary

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and the maintenance of financial integrity.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insightful analysis and ensuring timely reporting.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the team's professional development.
- Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, collaborating with external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely audit, while addressing any audit-related inquiries or findings.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in accounting or finance roles.
