- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the real estate sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must have hands-on experience with Avid and Yardi systems
- Proven ability to research AP issues and improve processes
- Strong capability in managing and inputting large volumes of invoice data
- Knowledge of utility invoices and real estate taxes is highly advantageous
- Excellent skills in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new accounting software
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
