DescriptionAP Analyst in Boston, MAJoin a dynamic team as an AP Analyst in the real estate industry. We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year, plus an annual bonus, for a detail-oriented individual with strong AP and software proficiency. Your role will involve ensuring smooth processing of payables according to established procedures. This includes contributing to both property and corporate level AP processes, utilizing systems like Avid Exchange and Yardi. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for process improvement. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in real estate operations, we want to hear from you!

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within real estate operations.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and accounting software.
- Experience with Avid Exchange and Yardi is mandatory.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
