What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting (7 years preferred), including real estate or private equity industry
- Experience with real estate funds/debt funds and fair value financial reporting is preferred
- Strong technical skills in financial statements preparation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and manage variable workloads effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration required, accounting concentration preferred
- CPA license and public accounting experience are preferred
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Yardi software is a significant advantage
