Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of low-income properties
- Implementing an effective strategy to ensure the overall living experience is up to standard
- Managing a variety of budgets as well as other financial strategy
- Responding to property related inquiries as needed
- Four year of experience in residential property management
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Very strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- There is also from time-to-time, weekend coverage that candidates would need to be available for
