Responsibilities
- Complete journal entries, reconcile accounts, and generate internal reports for legal entities, with a focus on compensation-related matters
- Coordinate with the Global Payroll team to ensure precise accounting across multiple locations worldwide
- Evaluate compensation expense accounts and monthly financial results, presenting findings to management
- Prepare regulatory filings and surveys, adhering to strict deadlines
- Assist in external audits by compiling audit work papers and addressing auditor queries
- Maintain procedure documentation and identify opportunities for operational enhancements and process streamlining
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
- Preferably 1-3 years' experience in accounting; experience in compensation accounting is advantageous
- Possesses strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and systems; familiarity with Workday is preferred
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Demonstrates maturity in handling confidential information
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in excelling in a dynamic finance environment
