- Compensation over $100K (DOE)
- 10-15% bonus target
- 12% profit sharing
- Strong benefits package
- Administer the firm's code of ethics/personal trading policy
- Monitor trading compliance, including trade allocations
- Develop and conduct forensic testing on various compliance areas
- Assist with order management system compliance function, including creating/modifying rules
- Maintain the firm's restricted list and assist with MNPI procedures
- Respond to new/changing policies and aid in policy development
- Analyze, track, and implement controls around regulatory changes
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer and compliance team with training, document preparation, and record maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in operations, audit, or compliance in asset management or investment firm
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience monitoring personal trading, outside business activities, gifts, entertainment, and political contributions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; SharePoint experience a plus
- Knowledge of Advisers Act rules and regulations a plus
- Familiarity with fixed income products a plus
- Understanding of conflict-of-interest regulations a plus
