Hedge Fund Compliance Associate - $100k bonusAbout The Opening
Compensation over $100K (DOE)
10-15% bonus target
12% profit sharing

Responsibilities
Administer the firm's code of ethics/personal trading policy
Monitor trading compliance, including trade allocations
Develop and conduct forensic testing on various compliance areas
Assist with order management system compliance function, including creating/modifying rules
Maintain the firm's restricted list and assist with MNPI procedures
Respond to new/changing policies and aid in policy development
Analyze, track, and implement controls around regulatory changes
Support the Chief Compliance Officer and compliance team with training, document preparation, and record maintenance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years’ experience in operations, audit, or compliance in asset management or investment firm
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience monitoring personal trading, outside business activities, gifts, entertainment, and political contributions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; SharePoint experience a plus
Knowledge of Advisers Act rules and regulations a plus
Familiarity with fixed income products a plus
Understanding of conflict-of-interest regulations a plus
