- Earn a competitive salary of up to $95k, with additional bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
- Benefit from comprehensive health and dental insurance, 401K matching, and short and long-term disability coverage.
- Enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office and two days remote.
- Support the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile work papers.
- Record journal entries and conduct routine audits.
- Assist in preparing financial statements for investment funds.
- Analyze budget to actual variances and reconcile CAMs and bill backs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and prepare special reports.
- Uphold professionalism in all business interactions as a representative of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate accounting.
- Experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
