ProPivotal Staffing is Hiring a Representative 20 hr Near Framingham, MA
988 Lifeline Representative - $20 / hr
Join our team as a 988 Lifeline Representative and provide essential support to individuals in distress. The 988 hotline is a direct three-digit phone line designed to connect callers to trained National Suicide Prevention Lifeline call takers, with the goal of reaching more people in emotional crises and linking them to appropriate services.
This is a part-time role with a 12am-8am schedule Thursday-Sunday
What we are looking for :
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in telephone / call-center roles, especially those involving emotional support, is highly preferred
- Proficiency in data gathering techniques
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems
- Ability to remain calm and composed while deescalating crisis situations
- Must attend training in Framingham, MA
- Must have a Mac (Google Chrome access) or PC, reliable Wi-Fi, and a headset with a microphone compatible with the computer
- Quiet workspace for working from home
- Must be available for at least 2 shifts per week
