ProRecruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Oversee the development, testing, and improvement of manufacturing systems, including automation and equipment enhancement
• Ensure standard operating procedures are in place to drive safety, quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate with vendors to specify and purchase equipment, materials, or parts, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Work with management, engineering, and staff to optimize manufacturing capabilities and production processes
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements
• Ensure equipment maintenance schedules meet the manufacturer’s recommendations
• Analyze labor costs and plan workflow, staffing, and equipment placement to enhance efficiency and address bottlenecks
• Ensure accurate metrics for efficiency and productivity, driving continuous improvement
• Identify and implement process and design improvements to reduce costs and lead times

• Ability to arrive at work punctually, work on-site, and work possible overtime
• Cooperatively and respectfully work with the public, customers, vendors, employees, and managers
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
