What you’ll do:

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for accurate invoice data entry for all PROS Entities, verifying invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring transactions comply with financial policies. You'll maintain and update vendor records, review employee expense reports, and prepare monthly invoice reconciliations. Additionally, you'll assist with various projects as needed, playing a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

A Day in the Life of an Accounts Payable Associate - About the role:

• Invoice data entry for all PROS Entities
• Verify Invoices and Purchase Orders for goods and services
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Maintain and update vendor records
• Assist with review of employee expense reports
• Prepare monthly invoice reconciliation
• Assisting with additional Projects as needed

Required Qualifications – About you:

We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:

• 1-2 years Data Entry experience
• Ability to effectively work with vendors/suppliers/customers
• Strong organizational, planning and documentation skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Good oral/written communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
