POSITION OVERVIEW: A Project Specialist at ProSearch is a case assistant for a portfolio of client matters. A Project Specialist works closely with project teams as an integral member of client services to ensure that ProSearch is Search, Review and Project Ready. A Project Specialist understands what ProSearch does and why things get done the way they do. They will seek out answers to questions they don’t know or understand. A Project Specialist is independent, consistent and reliable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers to support active client projects ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Work closely with internal team members and other departments to ensure that project goals and milestones are accomplished.
• Work with third party vendors to support client engagements.
• Support Project Management with administrative tasks such as reports, Relativity set up, client support, etc.
• Experience with Relativity to design and modify databases, create complex searches and resolve technical issue.
• Trouble‐shoot and resolve issues. Escalate issues to the PM or Sr. PM as necessary.
• Relativity proficiencies include RDC, mass editing operations, image and production exports, data and image overlays, complex search creation.
• Systems knowledge; database locations, SQL information, eCapture specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE):
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 2‐3 years of experience with Relativity, eCapture or similar eDiscovery software required.
• Experience delivering productions in multiple formats.
• Experience with complex load files, text file editing and data manipulation.
• A solid understanding ESI processing.
• Self‐motivated and a strong desire to learn.
• Strong customer service, follow‐up and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a close attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver in a fast‐paced team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Repetitive movement of hands and fingers-typing and/or writing.
• Have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.
• Occasional standing and walking.
