Location: North Shore, MA (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic organization located in the North Shore of MA. This role involves a hybrid work schedule, combining on-site and remote work. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage and configure the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, and updates using data loader and other Salesforce tools. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness by managing duplicate records and executing data cleansing activities.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • System Maintenance: Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, including security reviews, release management, and system upgrades.
  • Process Automation: Develop and implement Salesforce automation solutions using workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline business processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to be in-person, on-site at least 2 days a week is a must.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., SAP or Sitecore) and applications.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
