Responsibilities:
- Solution Presentation: Comfortably present innovative solutions to cross-functional teams, actively participating in collaborative decision-making processes. Ensure alignment with project objectives and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Mentorship and Skill Development: Mentor junior developers and support senior team members in acquiring new skills. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to foster continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in the Java programming language and REST services. Exhibit an expert level of understanding in GoLang, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of complex applications.
- Technological Proficiency: Utilize required technologies and skills, including Docker/Kubernetes, REST, GRPC, Golang, and Java, to develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robust applications.
- Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required):
- Front-End Development: Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Angular, enhancing user experiences and contributing to interactive interfaces.
- Development Tools: Experience with tools like IntelliJ and proficiency in CI/CD practices, ensuring streamlined development processes and efficient code deployment.
- Fluent in at least one modern language (JavaScript, Go, Python, PHP, etc.).
- Experience with React and Node.js is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical solutions effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
