Prosegur is Hiring an Unarmed Security Officer- Flex/On-Call Near Longmont, CO

Unarmed Security Officer- Flex/On-Call
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
  • Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
  • Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
  • Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
  • Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
  • This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)
  • You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
  • Must be available to work six (6) days a week, on at least two (2) different shifts, Day, Swing, or Grave
Shifts: On-Call/Flex. Weekdays & Weekends- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (overnight) shifts
Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience as a security officer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Capable of following complex instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
  • Knowledge of security operations and procedures
  • Must be available to work six (6) days a week, on at least two (2) different shifts, Day, Swing, or Grave
