Conference Concierge Apprenticeship for Recent College Graduates

Prosek's Apprenticeship Program offers post graduate students the opportunity to launch their careers in the client services space. Our 6-month program is designed to train the next generation of client services professionals.
In this program, you'll get the chance to work in a fast-paced environment alongside some of the biggest household financial services names in the world. You'll develop your conference and event execution skills while learning the intricacies of Wall Street, financial technology, B2B, and professional services.
Program Overview and Responsibilities
Prosek Apprentices will:

• Continuously update Events Calendar in the database to include all new conferences and relevant information
• Keep track of incoming emails/notes/documents sent to Conference Concierge and add to database and shared drive
• Continuously update Executive Networking List to include all new individuals and relevant information
• Assist with monthly database reports
• Assist with select conference and event execution
• Support senior team members in client calls and meetings as needed
• Take client-ready notes including action items/next steps
• Coordinate & schedule client calls

Professional Development and Training
Apprentices will have the opportunity to listen in on Prosek's Boot Camp program, which is a curriculum curated and taught by top leaders across the firm on a weekly basis throughout the program. Our Boot Camps are designed to educate Apprentices on both PR and our client sectors. Topics of education include:

• Capital Markets and Asset Management
• Professional Services and Financial Technology
• Media Training and Reporter Relationship Building
• Crisis Communications and Special Situations
• Wealth Management and Banking
• Client Readiness

Internal Network and Support
We invest heavily into the growth and support for our Prosek Apprentices, pairing each Apprentice with a manager.

• Managers are responsible for identifying their Apprentice's strengths, areas for development and interests to ensure they're given the right tools to succeed.

The goal of Prosek's Conference Concierge Apprenticeship Program is to develop Apprentices into Assistant Account Executives by the end of the program.
Experience and Qualifications

• Completed BS/BA degree by the start of the program.
• Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and B2B communications.
• Possess a team player mindset and willingness to work collaboratively
• Have strong time management organization and prioritization skills.
• Extreme attention to detail

NYC Salary: $20.00/hour
