INSURANCE PROGRAM MANAGER

We are excited to offer a compelling opportunity for a highly analytical, results-driven professional to join us as our Insurance Program Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving gross profit and shaping the success of our organization. As the Insurance Program Manager, you will have a significant hand in optimizing our financial performance by deeply understanding how we generate revenue. Your expertise in understanding risk and client profitability will be crucial in driving improved results across our risk based lines of business.

With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, you will analyze pricing trends, claims performance, and market dynamics to identify areas for enhancement. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Pricing and Underwriting teams, your decisions and actions will directly impact our gross profit, allowing you to make a tangible and measurable difference. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, science, mathematics, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in a highly analytical role within Commercial Business, preferably in a risk based industry.
• Advanced expert knowledge in Excel, including proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and financial reporting
• Enthusiasm for working independently in a high-growth environment
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and nurture connections at all levels of the organization, fostering shared goals, alignment, and effective communication of results and roadblocks
• Demonstrated ability to drive action and achieve outcomes, even in situations where direct responsibility for the required work may not be present
• Experience in developing and managing metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement
