Job Description:

As the Content and Brand Manager at Nifty Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping, maintaining, and expanding our brand identity and industry expertise while spearheading the creation of engaging content across various platforms. From devising eye-catching email campaigns to managing organic content for our social media channels, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing Nifty's personality and expertise to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop captivating and data-driven content for our own email campaigns, websites, blogs, and social media platforms that align with Nifty's quirky brand persona and resonate with our target audience.

• Case Studies: Collaborate closely with our strategist team to create insightful case studies highlighting our successful campaigns and showcasing through data the value we bring to our clients.

• Social Media Management: Oversee Nifty's organic social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement strategies across various platforms.

• Graphic Assets: Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing image and graphic assets that complement our content and enhance brand recognition.

• Podcast Participation: Serve as a key representative of Nifty in select podcast appearances, interviews, and discussions, lending your voice and expertise to amplify our brand presence.

• Conference Attendance: Represent Nifty at select industry conferences and events, networking and supporting the sales team while also watching for and documenting additional content ideas.

• Team collaboration: Work with our seo, email, and advertising demand gen teams to strategize and deliver content through all channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in content creation and brand management, preferably within the digital marketing or agency environment.

• Exceptional writing skills with a knack for storytelling and creativity.

• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Strong collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Confidence and charisma for podcast participation and content creation

• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and event.

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:

• Prolonged periods of sedentary movement.
• May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary.
