Position Summary The Compensation Specialist will lead efforts to conduct organizational analyses and develop comprehensive job and salary bands tailored to the dental industry.
This role involves evaluating current compensation structures, creating well-defined job classifications, and establishing competitive salary ranges to ensure our compensation practices are fair, equitable, and aligned with industry benchmarks.
Duties and Responsibilities The duties include, but are not limited to :
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to offer expert advice on compensation related matters in the dental industry.
Support decision-making processes related to job classifications, salary adjustments, and compensation strategies for dental professionals.
Experience with dental practice compensation structures and industry-specific benchmarks is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compensation analysis tools. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey findings and recommendations effectively.
In-depth understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and salary band design within the dental industry.
Familiarity with labor laws, compensation regulations, and industry standards specific to dental practices.
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
