**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting **Experience:** - Strong knowledge of financial concepts - Experience with governmental accounting practices - Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software - Solid experience in budgeting and financial analysis - Demonstrated financial acumen in a corporate setting - Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements - Ability to conduct financial forecasting and create detailed reports - Skilled in financial report writing for internal and external stakeholders This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
