Now Hiring: ProShop Sales and Warehouse$18-23/hour plus commission, first-year total of $40-55K ProSource’s mission is to help our trade pro members and their customers complete successful projects. As a ProShop Sales Specialist, you will be eager to learn and excited for the chance to help other businesses tap into the growth solutions that ProSource can provide.

This is a hybrid position where time will be split between working and selling sundries in the Proshop and hopping on the forklift to assist load-outs at peak times. You will be paid a competitive hourly wage plus commission; your first-year earnings should be $40,000 - $55,000. We also offer a benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement, and paid time off. Plus, no evening hours or weekends!!

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring.
- Merchandise the products and areas to draw attention from all customers. This includes stocking, rotating, cleaning, organization, signage, and lighting.
- Proactively (and consistently) review invoices and reach out to trade pros that are not currently buying additional sundries with ProSource and help them understand how ProSource and become their partner & become a “one-stop-shop”.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients.
- Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
- Build strong partnerships with the showroom team, have a positive attitude, and enjoy your job!
- A High School diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- knowledge of flooring sundries such as grout, thin-set, carpet tacks, and tools needed to complete construction and home improvement projects.
- A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches)
