Hiring Now for Direct Support Professionals in Berks County! We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team! Direct Support Professionals assist individuals in our program to live meaningful lives and to be active participants in our community. Program participants have a wide range of abilities that require encouragement to succeed at activities of daily living.
Job Duties/Responsibilities as a Direct Support Professional:
· Professional demeanor.

· Effective communication.
· Implement support plans for individuals.
· Assist individuals to actively participate in social, recreational, and educational activities.
· Assist with personal care (hygiene, dressing & toileting).
