Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler for an Aesthetic Plastic Surgery clinic. Must have excellent people skills and be able to jump into different roles such as answering phones, scheduling consultations, booking surgeries, collecting payments, and various other patient interactions. Should be well versed with using the computer and EMR. Experience with aesthetic plastic surgery or med-spa patients is a plus. This is a start-up practice so we are looking for someone with good energy, new ideas, and someone who is eager to take on whatever role is necessary. Responsibilities:

- Schedule surgeries, procedures, and appointments for patients accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with medical staff, surgeons, and patients to ensure all necessary information is available for each procedure
- Maintain electronic health records and update patient information in the system
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

Skills:

- Proficiency in computers and EMR
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
- Previous experience in a medical or med-spa setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with medical reception duties and administrative support
- Ability to handle medical records accurately and securely

- Must be detail-oriented and accurate with billing and numbers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
