Job Description:

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of residential homes and commercial properties. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, offices, and common areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Following company protocols and safety guidelines.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client requests.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
