POSITION PURPOSE

Will provide administrative and clerical support to the ACH department and will also be responsible for handling daily assigned tasks to help provide support to the Wire Department and Bookkeeping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

• Assist with daily Pre-notes when help is needed completing the task 
• Assist with research as needed by ACH Specialists
• Scan, index, and file daily work for three departments 
• Answer incoming calls routed to direct phone extension
• Perform other duties as assigned 
• Assist Wire Department in reviewing daily wire reports at 12:30 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. ***Must be flexible and able to coordinate schedule to meet each report cutoff time as listed to effectively complete the task in a timely manner. 
• Keeps manager informed of area activities and of any problems or concerns

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2-3 years clerical experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word, etc.
General customer service experience required.
