We are seeking a talented and creative Mortgage Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually appealing materials for our mortgage marketing efforts. Your designs will directly impact our communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics for various marketing channels, focusing on flyers, ads, brochures, custom request and more. Includes some digital design for online platforms, websites and more.
• Branding: Ensure consistent branding across all materials, adhering to organizational standards and guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, loan officers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools to create high-quality visuals.
• Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from managers and team members to refine designs and meet business goals.
• Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our visual content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in graphic design, preferably in the mortgage or real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Mortgage Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage industry concepts and terminology is required.
