Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients over the phone and via email.
- Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Proficient in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
