We are seeking two detail-oriented individuals to join our client’s team as Clerical Project Assistants in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role will primarily involve data entry, spreadsheet management, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure timely project completion. Full-time OnsiteContract$18/hrResponsibilities:

Update Tax Exemption Certificate files for 10 states in SAP, maintaining accurate records and organizing paper copies.
Set up new Ship to accounts in SAP by accurately entering customer names and addresses.
Conduct address verifications by updating information from USPS into SAP systems.
Assist in auditing and managing credit balances and over payments, ensuring accurate records and communications.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in data entry and basic understanding of spreadsheets.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new projects and systems.
Previous experience with SAP or similar software is beneficial but not required (training will be provided).
