One of our largest clients is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr HR Manager to join their team in the pharmaceutical industry in Middlesex County, New Jersey. As a Sr HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the company. This is a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of the organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.   • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the company's mission, vision, and business objectives, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a competitive market.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment strategy, employer branding, and candidate selection, to ensure the organization has the right talent to achieve its strategic goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent development, and other HR functions to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee HR compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, labor laws, and company policies, and proactively addressing any compliance issues.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect and ensure a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success and support business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
