Operations Business Analyst II

We are really looking for an business analyst/admin superstar not just a technical Service Now candidate. Someone who can come in and learn ServiceNow really fast but can take on any and all Admin work thrown their way.

This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in Business Administration of Service Now and also provide direct support to the Director on ad hoc projects and in day to day operations.

Skills and experience we are seeking:

Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analysis, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration or Office Management.

Experience with the ServiceNow report writing tool.

Experience using and supporting ServiceNow.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates

Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.

Someone who is self-motivated and will jump in and do the work.

Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance

Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating date from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions.
