Protech Staffing is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Fort Worth, TX
- We are not looking for someone with facilities maintenance experience - must have experience with manufacturing machinery*
1st shift (6 am - 3:30 pm) or 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 12 am). Times are approximate and may require overtime.
Qualifications:
- Must have advanced mechanical aptitude and ability
- Electrical Skills – AC/DC Systems
- Ability to read/interpret electrical prints
- Wire simple 24V circuits
- PLC programming experience
- Basic PLC input/output wiring
- Welding/Fabrication
- Precision Measuring (Calipers/Micrometers)
- Ideal candidate will have 7 years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
- Able to work in noisy environments that may exceed 80 decibels
- Manufacturing machine repair: 5 years (Required)
- High School diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous metal fabrication manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ideal candidate will have 7 years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. Focuses on Machine setup and tear down, precision measurement adjustments, Tool and Die sharpening, failure analysis to root cause, Electrical Controls troubleshooting.
- Have exposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Be able to work in a team environment and alone.
