Requirements
- Experience in security management, assessments, law enforcement and criminal justice operations and training.
- Experience in recommending and writing organizational training and procedure documents, developing, and conducting virtual training, setting guidelines for curriculum development and training, evaluating risk management/assessment methodology, preparing and conducting high level briefings, conducting research, preparing reports and special studies.
- Minimum of 6 years relevant and specialized experience and an associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Current Secret Clearance (T3-T3R) is required.
- Proficiency in using and maintaining criminal justice databases and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Telework with 2 days a week in office in the National Capital Region (NCR) area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
