Job Details:
Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $36.37/hr. on W2
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid; **Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - on-site and Thursday/Friday WFH**)
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- AED or LIFENET data experience preferred
- IT experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support distributors and company’s Law Enforcement AED program
- Includes but is not limited to the pad program, AED setup, Lifelink central setup, technical support for distributors and the AED program
- Provide higher level support for the distributors.
